How should I package my laundry for my first pick up if I don't have the TROJAN WASH bag yet?
You can fill up (up to two) 13 gallon trash bags for your first order.

How do I get my official TROJAN WASH laundry bag?
After your first order, we will return your laundry to you in your TROJAN WASH bag that you must then use for every order going forward. After your first order, your laundry MUST be placed in your TROJAN WASH bag in order to be picked up.

Can I request multiple TROJAN WASH bags if needed?
Yes, you can. Each bag has a $35 flat rate fee. If you use more than one bag, you'll be charged $35 for each bag.

How big will my TROJAN WASH bag be when I get it?
The TROJAN WASH bag is the size of approximately 2 standard kitchen trashbags.

Yes, you'll get text reminders the day before your pick up.
